How do I cancel my subscription?

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store or Google Play. Open your platform's account settings, find Pet Harmony AI under Subscriptions, and tap Cancel.

How do I add another pet?

Open the app, go to your profile, and tap Add Pet. The number of pets you can add depends on your current plan.

Can I use Harmony for animals other than dogs and cats?

Yes — our Premium plan supports all species. The Free and Standard plans cover dogs and cats only.

I'm not getting accurate answers — what should I do?

Make sure your pet's profile (species, breed, age, weight, conditions) is up to date. The more Harmony knows, the more tailored its responses become.
