- All pet profiles you created
- Your conversation history with Harmony
- Personal information stored on our servers
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. Subscriptions managed by the Apple App Store or Google Play must be cancelled separately in those platforms.
How to request deletion
Submit the form below with the email address associated with your account. Our team will process your request within 30 days and confirm by email when complete.
